Ok well in exactly a week from now I have to run a mile and a half in P.E, and I'm really out of shape. It's a race and my teacher says I must be one of the first people to finish. Does anybody have advice on how to run faster? Any food that could give me energy to run faster? Please help me.

One word...treadmills!Yeah, they're hard at first but push yourself (not too much) and you will get better and better at it. Take it from someone who was the same way as you!It's not the energy you need its the endurance.How long you will be able to run.Treadmills also make you faster =)
