Okay so theres this guy, and i have liked him for the longest time. He knows too but he acts like he just doesnt care. He tells me he likes me and says all this cute stuff then the next day he tells me he doesnt like me. He always hurts me but i would still do anything to be with him. He said the reason why he doesnt like me is cause i have a rep. of being a slut but it really isnt true at all. How do i get him to like me, and know the rep. isnt ture?? Im 14

Why not write him a little note saying that he shouldn't believe everything he hears because most of it isn't true? Ensure to give him this note on the day when he says 'cute' things! He shouldn't judge you nor should he believe un-true rumours...tell him that. You never know, something good may come out of this! :)
