No matter how much or little I brush my teeth the night before, I always wake up with a nasty tasting coating all through my mouth that also gives me bad breath. It shows up on my teeth as like white patches sometimes, that can't be brushed away. I've used mouth wash and it doesn't change it. I brush my teeth twice a day, and properly. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
I also have braces and I can't remember if I had this problem before my braces or not, but it certainly wasn't this bad. (link)
She says she DOESN'T smoke! And that could be plaque on your teeth. Everybody wakes up with bad breath!!!!!! Ask the dentist next time you go about plaque. Its very common
