Hey,
I currently weight 105 pounds. I used to weight 90 pounds and look perfectly fine but since last xmas I have put on just over a stone. I'm extremely short so it's not like I'm a skeleton. I admit that I was too skinny at 90 pounds, so I want to get down to 100. What are some SAFE, it doesn't matter if they are slow, ways to lose those five pounds? I know excersize and eat healthy but can you give examples? And I don't like many fruit or vegetables so what are other healthy, low-fat foods?
I know I don't really need to lose weight but I'd feel so much more confident at 100 (around 7 stone) pounds and I'm starting to feel fat like this!! I have swimming lessons for seven weeks starting on Friday and by the end of it I would like to be down to 100. Please help!
P.S. Will the swimming help? I am a sucker for sugary foods, how can I stop cravings?

some good ways to loose wait would be to excersie. Take a jog every night or ever morning.
You can aslo try to eat the majority of your food healthy. like a salad every day for like a week during luch.Don't go over board either always eating healthy and not wonting to eat sugary stuff ever. I might seguest A diet book. My mom does the South Beach Diet. You do it for two weeks my mom lost 10 pounds the first two weeks. Then you go on if you won't. But that might not be inof time to loose five pounds by swimming. Swimming will probably help you loose weight but I say not much. this is my advice:)
