alright, i'm 14 years old and i'm around.. 5'3" or possibly 5'4" and im about 106lbs. I'm just asking.. is that really skinny? I mean, I have like, real high metabolism ( both my parents have it ) and all my friends say I'm too skinny and that I need to gain some weight. I'm just having some trouble. How would I go about doing that? Cause I'm not gonna sit there and like, pig out till' i die. I just don't want people thinking i'm anorexic or something. I mean I'm really not that skinny. I think I'm averagley skinny. =/ I don't know. Please help.

Your friends might be jealous and just kidding with you OR your metabolism really is kicking in. I'd say that you should gain at least 5 more pounds and you would be VERY healthy. Just don't pig out all day, like you said lol.

(Rating: 5) yeah some of them are jealous, but some friends who i know aren't say it too sometimes. I mean people don't say it every single day.. just every now and then. Yeah I'm thinking about going to 110. Thanks so much for the advice ; it really helped
