If someone come to your house to bitch at you can you call the cops on them? _(link)

You could only if they refuse to leave after been shown the door and asked to. You would call the police and press charges for harassment. It is a crime to do this sort of thing and charges can be laid. However, if they were just griping at you for something and then left on their way it is not reason to call the police. If they keep coming day after day with the same thing or look as though they will get physical yes, call the police but no for a neighbor showing up and bitching about something you did.
