And lately, i've discovered that one of the best answers for relationship problems is communication. talk. explain. share. it does wonders.
advice
what are some good ways to remember not to get mad on the tennis court? i seem to have a temper when i play. also.. what are some good ways to keep your self esteem up and be confident? it's whats killing my tennis game and i could be a much better player without this. thanks and i rate well.
First off, whatever you do, don't throw your racket/hit it on the ground or release your anger at your opponent or team mates. Not good lol.
When you play, take your time and dont use power at all times. Think before you think, aim where you think will do the most damage. As a tennis player myself, I can tell you, even if you're losing, believe that you can win, and make every shot worth hitting. Make your opponent, even if he/she is winning, feel pressured. If they see you still running after ball and playing as if you're the one winning, their confidence will start dropping. Keep your self esteem up by moving continually, dont just stand there. Act like you're into the game, get into the game, and enjoy the game. Tell yourself you can win and you might just be able to surpass your opponent in points AND confidence =] hope that helps >>;
