Awww Im sorry that happened. The first thing you need to do is calm down. Do something relaxing (I take a bath and go underwater and listen to the quiet). You don't want to do something just because you are mad that you are going to regret later.
Then you need to ask him what he meant by that. Don't ask him over IM so you can look at his body language when he answers. Decide if he made out with her or not.
If he did then dont be mad at just one of them. Neither your friend nor this guy treated you with much respect when they did that.
If they didn't, then consider this guy a weirdo and move on because no one normal would ask that randomly.
