13/f. I recently asked a question concering weight loss sites. Now I am asking for help again. I want to lose 10 pounds by the end of the month. I am currently 5'0 and weigh 130 pounds. I play field hockey 5 days a week for 1 1/2-2 hours. I also cheerlead for 3-4 days a week for two hours. With that being said about how many calories should I take in a day?
EXERSISE. And get some money to buy a scale. What? do i look like a doctor to you? NO!

and of couse field hockey and cheerleading aren't considered exercise right?
