Q: ok im pretty new to this and im tryin to upload my picture but it keeps sayin your picture is bigger than 15K in file size. Whats that supposed to mean?

It means you picture is too big to download you have to make the picture smaller than 15K. Because where ever you are trying to download the picture too won't accept any pictures bigger then 15K HOPE I HELPED!
