Hi. I'm not on a diet, but whenever I talk to friends who follow a 'healthier diet' than myself, they always, always mention fruit smoothies as a great big help. And they mean it as in home made smoothies. They mention something about a blender fruits, milk and no sugar but I have nooo idea how to make them. Does anyone know how to? And are you supposed to add sugar?
And the evil question: does chocolate cause facial skin irritation? (link)

I have no idea about the smoothies, but I can categorically tell you that, no, chocolate does not cause facial skin irrition. Sure, the sugar and few hundred aditives probably aren't doing much good for your over-all health, but eating chocolate actually releases seratonin, a pleasure hormone which cannot be bad for the way you look.
Besides, why deny yourself something if you love it? Just do it in moderation.
