Ok I think Im fat and im only 13 and I know I shouldn't be worrying about that but I do. Im not fat fat but a little overwieght. I dont want to go on a crash diet cuz those or just stupid. Ive tried exersising and I cant keep up with it. Ive tried eating less snacks but I love food to much. What is a good way to lose wieght ill do anything. thanx (link)
Losing weight should not be your goal. Being healthy should. I love eating too but it's good to get "healthy" snacks in your diet. Try replacing candy bars and pop with fruit, crackers, or nuts. You don't have to be a great athlete to get in shape. Try walking 3 miles every morning or night, join a weightlifing class, or walk pets for an hour. don't crash diet or overexersize. If you concentrate on being healthy and fit than your hard work will shurly pay off in the end.
