I am completely blunt. Unlike the ignorant adults who feel like they are keeping you safe by "sugar coding" the truth. I'm going to tell you how it is.
I have been on my own since i turned 18. I have the brady bunch family on the outside, and the Osbournes on the inside.

Ok I think Im fat and im only 13 and I know I shouldn't be worrying about that but I do. Im not fat fat but a little overwieght. I dont want to go on a crash diet cuz those or just stupid. Ive tried exersising and I cant keep up with it. Ive tried eating less snacks but I love food to much. What is a good way to lose wieght ill do anything. thanx (link)
You and i are the exact same way! I hate to excercise. I can do it every now and then, but i have to be really pumped up.
I have been losing alot of weight lately.

You should drop all carbonated beverages.
Drink nothing but water for Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner.
You will find you appetite decreasing, but not to an unhealthy level.
Your urin some days will be clear, but some days not.
Your body will take more than 72 hours clear.
Eat protine..Meat and peanuts.
Try to lay off the bread if you can help it.
For a sweet tooth: try to get a snack that is 140 calories or less.
check on the web or do it your self. see how many calories you take in per day. Cut that in half.
