The first thing that comes to mind is hippie ghost. Get a sheet and tie dye it. Cut two holes in it for eyes and voila! Hippie Ghost.
But other things you could try are:
Goth Girl (wear black, wear your hair down and wear a LOT of black make-up)
Greek Goddess (a sheet wrapped over you in toga style with a tiara possibly)
A Princess (Any Pretty Dress with a Tiara and High Heels)
Any animal (Face paint and any clothes that are the colour of your animal)
Or perhaps Charlie Chaplin! (Paint on a little moustache and wear a suit with big shoes)
