I'm Suki. I love to see the first bloom of a wild rose, to smell the salt spray of an ocean breeze, to hear the laughter of little children at play. Oh no, wait - That's somebody else.

I have been talking to this guy on the internet for three months now and we both really like each other. I am a sixteen year old female. My parents don't know about him because they would completely freak out if they found out that I have given this guy my cell phone numberand the state in which I live. I want to tell them but I don't want to have to break up my relationship with him just because they don't trust people. What should I do? (link)

I definitely know what you mean. My parents are assholes like that, they do not like me talking to people online and giving them information about myself. Ironically, I spend a lot of time on chatrooms and forums and have many close online friends. I personally wouldn't tell them if I were you. Is it really worth losing contact with someone who you would have never met where you live?
