1. you can get a guy to talk to you by talkin about something he likes to talk about.
2. you can get a guy to notice you by playin with your hair when you talk to him or smile at him a lot.
3. you can flirt by writtin the guy notes and callin him stuff like baby and sweetie.
4. hes flirtin back if hes talkin to you. iif hes just like ok or ur gross or sumthin then hes not flirting and he might not be intrested
