Hello, I enjoy making icons. I have made some good ones but I'm now realizing they can't get better. This is because I am using paint. Does anyone know *A GOOD* website to make icons on?No crappy doll makers please. Also is there any places I can get a free download of a good icon maker (one that isn't illegal to download freely)? Thank you.

go to www.iconators.com and start one and/or go to www.franksicons.com and check it out...both are free.
