If anyone here is a cheerleader, can anyone tell me some tips on how to get my scorpion? And if you don't know, don't bother answering. Just tips on getting it down pat. I already have my right scale. Now I just need my right scorpion.

Hey you want to stretch as much as you can. Like have a cheer buddy help you with lifting that leg up however high you need it and have her hold it for 20 seconds and repeat a few times while you hold onto a wall or something so you don't fall. They you will get the feeling and do it yourself. It worked for me lol hope i helped. anything else let me know. take care =) x3 SweetStar.
