Ok well i am overweight i guess you could say. for the past couple days i have been doing crunches and pushups at nights, and i have been eating mostly liek low fat non-flavord yogurt and stuff like that. I am also in cheerleading and i have practices 2 times a week. i will soon be starting v-ball...how long do you think results will come to being skinnier?? (link)

you can see the results to start kicking in when you push yourelf i bit more. try running a mile everyday or cutting out something bad that you eat...you should see results really soon! good luck!

Thanks. -- i DEFF. hate running but we do it A LOT in volleyball and in gym we run a lot so that should be good enough shouldnt it?? Thnxz again
