hi, I am a girl who is 13. I always act mature for my age, and have friend's who are always older than me. Is this normal? (link)

It's normal, but you shouldn't really expect much from older friends. You haven't gone through the stages that an older girl has, so your older friends will probably confide in people who are the same age as them because you don't---couldn't--- understand (however mature you are, you can't understand these kinds of things because they can only be understood by experience) what they're going through. So while you can still value your older friends, but I suggest you find friends of your own age as well so you're not dependent upon them for friends
