hey ..alright my name is ashley ..and im 13..i weigh about 130..im 5'5..but my upper legs are HUGE......... but no one really notices..like..last year i wore pants size 1/3/4..i cant even wear a 5! and its making me very upset..iv gained almost 15 punds since school got out..and school start august 26...but im also very tall..my height is around 5'5 5'6..and i also got a big butt..how can i lose between 10-15 pounds? i hate exercising..and i crave for food everytime i try not to eat alot...please help me......- tear -

for food, there are these new snacks called 100 calorie packs...they are a great snack and they are only 100 calories with only 2-3 grams of fat! they come in things like oreo, chips ahoy, wheat thins, cinnamon thin crisps,fruit snacks,cheese nips, and ritz! http://www.nabiscoworld.com/100caloriepacks/
also eat granola bars with low fat!
these are good snacks & they fufill your cravings! also, exercise by doing yoga from a video...it is much better then sports or running! hope i helped!
