Ok i am not a skinny person i am really over weight and i wanna loose a lot of weight before christmas and stuff so i can feel better about myself and so people will stop making fun of me and stuff i would like to know what to buy how much to eat how much to exercise and what foods are good and not how long i have to exercise what to drink and everything. I pretty much only drink water so yeah.And i want to loose as many pounds as i can in a week/month/year. so plz give me soem advice. (link)

Cut out all pop and junk food. Exercise every day. Run stairs, go biking, go running or walking for about 1/2 hour every day. Drink lots of water. Eat healthy foods, like fruits, salads and stuff like that. When you eat, eat slowly. That way you will feel fuller sooner. Try not to snack a lot between meals.
