My name is Patty. Or atleast that what I being called. I'm 16 years old and have been in many teen websites and answer questions through the year. I'm pretty much an outgoing activist person. Ok i am not a skinny person i am really over weight and i wanna loose a lot of weight before christmas and stuff so i can feel better about myself and so people will stop making fun of me and stuff i would like to know what to buy how much to eat how much to exercise and what foods are good and not how long i have to exercise what to drink and everything. I pretty much only drink water so yeah.And i want to loose as many pounds as i can in a week/month/year. so plz give me soem advice. (link)

Hi there,
Well there are ton of website for this. And I really don't recommend diet pill if that is ever become one of your choice. There also shop like GNC where they sell diet supplement. Well the part about what food are good and how long you have to exercise is basically depend on how much you eat each day and how much time you have for exercise. Because exercise really should be done regularly. As much as drink water will help because it remove wastes from body, eat veggie and fruits are also going to help. Avoid soda, candies, chocolates are really enemies of diet. Sweet stuff, sugary stuff, and oily stuff. But this doesn't meant you have to turn into a vegetarian you just have to balace your diet.
Always know too that losing weight too fast is not that good. Its not good for your health and there's a chance you will bounce right back to become even more overweight. I will try and search for books and websites for this. But try go to the bookstore and find the categories about health and fitness, some books has all it said. Don't stay still, moving, walking, even laughing burns calories :)
