i think you should hold off because he has a girlfriend...you dont want to be the cause of them breaking up or anything because then you will feel guilty...also i dont think that you should put him in that sucky situation, because if he did like you back then he would have to choose between his girlfriend and you, and he would probably get really confused....and im sure you would get some unwanted enemies...thats just too complicated because hes off the market...hope this helps
