I really need help!
I can't fall asleep ever, i'm getting in a really bad habbit, a REALLY bad one. School atarts in less then 3 weeks! And I start school around 6 *thats what time it's suggested that you wake up*
And I dont go to sleep un'till about 3:57 AM or atleast 6:24... Between those times. That means I'd have to stay up for almost 2 days straight!
Are sleeping pills healthy? I really have to get out of this habbit. It's going to ruin my whole school year!
And P.S: I sleep atleast untill 2 in the afternoon, Thats what time school ends. I can sleep through school!
So about the pills, what is a really good brand that really works. How long do they take to work and make you fall asleep (kick in)? I have pill-Phobia for large pills, Do they come in a big size? My parents don't want to spend over $50 for them. They want me to have a good education, do they effect your mood in anyway if you take them? How many do you take?
Sorry it was so long, but im trying to get as much information I possibally can.

i have the same problem sometimes...try reading a book or exercising right before bed...that makes you more calm, and if that doesnt help, go to the doctor and ask about sleeping pills. there's a brand called Lunesta, but i dunno how much it is or anything. hope i helped!
