Q: i have had a sugar glider for three weeks now and she still won't let me hold her. i've tried holding a walnut on my hand but she just steals the walnut and runs off. i tried to hold her while she was occupied with her nut but she kinda attacked me. i don't want her to be unsocialized because i don't think i'll get the full enjoyment out of her. Please help me. She's the cutest thing and when you look into her big buggy eyes you just want to hug her. oh yeah, she's a little under a year old if that helps

put ur hand in her cage and pet her so she gets used to your smell and starts associating that smell with good things. and more walnuts wouldnt hurt either!

thank i've been trying that but sometimes she is more adventurous towards me than other times but i'll keep trying
