Okay, I consider myself kind of pretty. I have had guys admit to like me but I have never had a guy ask me out! Why will the openly tell me what they would like doing to me (sexually) but never have enough courage to ask me out? (link)

Most guys are just horndogs, I should know, I'm one of them. They may be doing that just to see if you will take the bait. They probably are just telling that to you to see if it grabs your attention and, in turn, do something with them. Then again they might just be afraid to ask you out because to them you seem untouchable, or in other words you're too pretty to be with them and they would have no chance in getting with you. They are probably just scared, not because of your looks, but because thing don't think they would have a chance at all. Hope I helped.
