First of all..dont listen to therocketsummer..you're not gonna die!! The ages really range from 13 to 17...I'd say the average is 15!
W-W-H..when-when ever you feel ready, don't do it for the sake of having sex you do it because you're ready and you love the person you're gonna do it with.
Where- It doesn't matter, you dont plan it, it just kinda happens.
How-I'm not gonna give you instructions on how to have sex..if you don't know then I'm not sure you're ready...all I have to say is USE PROTECTION! You don't wanna get pregnant or get and STD!
