(16/f)Does anyone know a work-out I can do to work my lower abs? I've been doing crunches/sit ups and all i've gotten is a 2-pack. Would leg lifts help? I don't want a work-out video-and i belong to a gym so i have access to medicine balls and what not, but i'd prefer just a movement i could do at home! thanks!
reverse crunches- lay on the floor with your legs parallel to the floor and lift them to where you form a right angle with your body then lower them but do NOT go all the way to the floor just a few inches and do as many of those as you can
side crunches-put your knees to one side and do crunches to that one side, then switch
bicycle crunches- lay down with your knees up and feet off the floor and move your legs so that it looks like you are riding a bike and with your arms do opposite arm opposite knee.
