Hey everybody. I've love giving advice so I'll answer every question I can. If you need any advice on anything, just ask me! A little about me- I play tennis and I love to shop and hang out at my pool with friends. I'll be a sophomore in high school this year so I've had plenty of experience on friendship and relationships. I always try to take my time and answer every question thoughtfully. I don't care about ratings or any of that, I just want to help people out. :-)

You see.. i got back on weight watchers this week because my school's starting soon (too soon) and i want to slim down so I'm not the biggest girl in my class anymore. What are some fast pace exercises i can do (websites) or what are some tips. The weight watchers is working, slowly, but i want to speed up the process.

The best way to lose weight is just to get out and play a sport. Even if you aren't any good, it's still gonna burn calories. Go to the park and play tennis, go out to the driveway and play basketball (assuming you have a hoop), go for a run around the neighborhood, or get some friends together and play some backyard football.
