You see.. i got back on weight watchers this week because my school's starting soon (too soon) and i want to slim down so I'm not the biggest girl in my class anymore. What are some fast pace exercises i can do (websites) or what are some tips. The weight watchers is working, slowly, but i want to speed up the process.

Join a gym where they have instructors or personal trainers that can motivate you and keep you going! If you can't afford to join a gym make sure you find an exercise that you enjoy otherwise you're gonna find it hard to motivate yourself. ANY exercise is good but make sure you alternate for best result. For example go for fast walks one week and go swimming the next.
