How is it that somedays I think I'm fat and then other days I look skinny?

It could be related to how you look at yourself that day - if you're more depressed, you look less attractive, of you're happy and cheerful, you look more attractive.
Or it could be the clothing. Some people actually do eat enough at times that they look physically larger around the mid-section, but that's pretty difficult to do - you have to eat a LOT.
But it actually happens to me as well. I think it's related to my sub-conscious.
