i got my belly button pierced twice, it came out the first time so i gave it another shot. its been in for almost a month and its still sore a little bit. i hate needles so i tried my best not to watch. but as far as i know they jus clean the area and mark it an you look in the mirror and make sure thats where you want it. then they put a clamp on your skin to hold it then stick the needle and earing in. it only takes a matter of seconds..that i find very worth it!
