Everyone is ready at differant times, and only you know when you are so dont worry about when people on here say "oh your too young..". But anyways,Just talk to him about it, bring it up casually. You never know maybe he is in the same situation and doesnt know how to tell you. But, if he doesnt want to have sex yet, and wait longer, the only thing that you can do is respect his decision.
