ok so im 5'5 and weigh 170 i have alot of muscle so i dont look like it' but i would still like to lose 20-30 lbs. and i dont know how. i want to lose it as fast as possible but i dont wanna do anything that isnt healthy. thnx

take your time. if someone is giving you bullshit about it, i'll be the shit out of them. or you can beat them with you muscles. ;)I use to be a 170 pounds when i was in grade 6 but know im only 129 pounds and im going into grade 9. you lose it when you grow. (i think your still growing right? im confused) well i just do 100 sit ups a night so try that. you'll lose weight fast.
