ok so im 5'5 and weigh 170 i have alot of muscle so i dont look like it' but i would still like to lose 20-30 lbs. and i dont know how. i want to lose it as fast as possible but i dont wanna do anything that isnt healthy. thnx
well muscle weighs more then fat so you are going to have to lose the muscle...just cut back on soda and drink water, not so many carbs and stuff like that!
