Ok..I have reeeally curly hair. I want it to be straight but when I try to straighten it there are 2 problems:
1. It takes me 1 and a half to 2 hours to get it completely straight.
2. My hair only stays straight for a day or overnight..even if I just straightened it.
Are there any easier ways to make my hair straight and make it stay straight for a while?

okay my hair is completly curly too! its really hard to keep it straight i understand what your going through! something that always helps me thats pretty quick is a brush and dry! its just right after you get out of the shower blow-dry your hair but while blow-drying brush it down straight...it will still be a bit curly and frizzy but some FRIZZ-EASE (found at your local wal-mart/meijer) should take care of that as for the curlyness it might be a little curly but its alot easier to straighten!!
