i have a car and someone keyed it... also, they egged it and put ketchup and sweet n sour sauce on it! ugh! i cant believe someone would do such a thing! also, they put a used pad on it. it had blood on it and everything. SO GROSS! Also, they put a used tampon on top of it. My windows are broken and everything. What should i do? (link)

Well if you have the slightest idea who did it you need to go face to face to them and ask them. If they start smiling or acting weird, trust me they did it. Then report them. I would take a picture of the car first for proof it was done.
