Well. Lets start with my name. My name is Whitney. I'm 13 years young. I'm pretty cool if I say so myself. Most likely, I'll stereotype you, place you into a group, and judge you; So prove me wrong & show me who you really are. My favorite stores are Ruehl, Nordstroms, & Rearends; but, I'm not scared to be seen in a salvation army. It's kind of like, if I see something I like, I'll get it. I am my own person. I can be the nicest person you'll ever meet, or the meanest. My favorite color is brown. I'm allergic to cats, but I have three. My friends mean the world to me, and my sister is my major role model. If I'm having a bad day, watch out. I LOVE LOVE LOVE when people drop things in my inbox. I WILL try my hardest to answer your questions & give the best advice I can. I'm not too good with relationship problems, only because its hard to explain over the internet. I've gone through a lot through these measily 13 years, but I'm telling you, I've got some knowledge.

13/f--->Hey guys, i have a weight problem, i weigh about 215 and well i never realized how fat i was until i really looked in the mirror. I started to run and im doing volleyball so we have to run for like 2 and a half hours straight and i'm going to start excersizing with my friend.I also don't drink any soda or eat junk food now. Do you guys have any ideas, i know youve seen so many of these, but im talking about motivation. Also any websites, ive heard of teentone

Okay, well i will give you some tips.
1. your are doing the right thing about no pop or junk food but that doesnt mean you are eating healthy. Try eating foods that don't have sauces or dressings (yes i do mean salads...eat salads with little dressing or non fat) DOnt eat that many breads or high sugared things.
2. Make a limit or fats and sugars a day. But still eat as much as you would any other day but just limit yourself on what to eat
3. Eat/drink a lot of foods with a lot of calcium and vitamins.
4. Have you ever noticed mostly all of Asian people are very skinny? (props to the asians)Well thats because they eat seafoods and tons of vegetables. Try working on their diets.

And last...STOP calling youself fat because we all believe in you! I hope everything works out well! I know you'll do great and I hope i helped out :-/!
