13/f--->Hey guys, i have a weight problem, i weigh about 215 and well i never realized how fat i was until i really looked in the mirror. I started to run and im doing volleyball so we have to run for like 2 and a half hours straight and i'm going to start excersizing with my friend.I also don't drink any soda or eat junk food now. Do you guys have any ideas, i know youve seen so many of these, but im talking about motivation. Also any websites, ive heard of teentone

hey, i have been trying to loose weight to and so far i find the best thing is to eat an even amout of good foods (including carbs~not a lot)! you also need to be active and when you have the choice between walking or taking the elavator walk, those little things help a lot!
