my boyfriends has been hurt by his ex girlfriend he really loved her and she told him that she loved him too but she went out and had sex with another guy and that tore him up how do i get him to see or convince him that i won't hurt him? i do know what its like 4 your ex to cheat or something so how do i get him to understand that i won't do what she did?

Time, and not giving him reason to not trust you. Don't allow your conversations to dwell on the subject, and if it comes up, just tell him that you're going to prove him wrong on this (if he says that he thinks it's going to happen with you), or tell him that you're not worried about it, and that both of you need to move on with your relationship.
He's having trouble because she hurt him so bad, and part of him probably misses her. I say that because I had the same thing happen to me, and even 2.5 years later (it was a 3-month relationship), and knowing that she's not worth having a relationship with at all, part of me still misses her.
So just be there for him, let him be able to just talk to you and have you listen, and keep your arms and ears open to him.
