okay, so i wanna highlight my hair. i usually go and get it done, but i wanna do it myself this time. however, i dont really have the time to go out and buy stuff for it right now. so does any one know, stuff at home that i could use and how to hi-light it, and not make it look like crap?!

ok well...I went to the store and bought the stuff. it turned HORRIBLE!!! so i went and got it done the next day at a solon. so uh i cant tell you exactly wat to do so...just dont use store bought dye!
