Q: So I have the worst stomache in the history of man. Now, thinking back to elementary school, the Nurse always recommended a saltine cracker or two. QUESTION IS: WHY was that? Was is something SPECIFIC about the CRACKER? And is there any other food the average household stocks that can beat this intense pain? I will be soo thankful of helpful answers - this pain is sooo bad it could ultimately take my life. =/ gr.

wait before that you need to go to a doctor not trying to scare you if it keeps coming back it could be your appendix no biggie just got to make sure it not. and saltine crackers help cause the salt in them
