If he likes you kinda then whats there to worry about? Dont like say i like you soooooo much cause if he doesnt like you a WHOLE LOT yet then he might get kinda freaked. Just tell him that you sorta have feelings for him and everything. Do it while you have the chance, because if you dont you may lose it. Some other girl could come along ya know? Good luck dear
