I just got new liquid eye liner. I thought it would be easier than the other stuff, but it isn't. When I put it on it looks weird and I can normally fix it but it still doesn't look right. Are there any tips I can use to make this stuff not look so gross? I'm pretty good with make-up, but when it comes to this stuff, I can't get it to look right. (link)

Pencil would work better, but liquid is way more dramatic! So, if it doesn't dry too fast, i would suggest putting a dotted line under and over your eye and then using a Q-tip to smudge is out even. Then fill in with pencil anything that might look weird.
