Q: Im not fat or chubby but i want to tighten my muscles in my thighs. Do you know any exercises that help target that area? Also, of course i need some of the healthiest foods to eat so im not taking up all of my energy so can you do some research on exersices and Dieats and everthing I need to make my diet book. Thanks...
Ill rate high if you help and make a good workout for me.

Jog. But if your too lazy to research exercises and diets on your own I don't think you can acutally do it.
