ok well me and my best friend(a boy) are really close. some of the time. well a couple of weeks ago someone asked me if we were going out and that we looked like a great couple and or we should go out. after that i started to see him differently. i dunno if i love him as my brother or as someone i would date. i think he mit like me though because he always says things like how i was so luck that he was my friend and would be luckier if he was my boyfriend or like when one of my friends asked me who i liked he would always say "me". plus like when we were hanging out at the prom he would like always be behind me just walking around with me. do i like him as my bf or as my bro ???i wouldnt want to have are friendship lost over this and i do like stuff about him . what do u think?????????

Hey...this exact same thing happened to me. I had a best guy friend, we were super close, and people would come up to me all the time and say, "man you and 'rob' are so cute together," and I told them that we weren't dating. Anyways, from then on, i did the same thing and started looking at him maybe as more than just a friend. We've been dating for 8 months now, bc he felt the same way about me. This is not true in every situation. But it seems like he acts like someone who could be your boyfriend. If you're as good of friends as you seem, then even if you do break up, you'll still continue to be friends. (been through that too lol) But you should be able to still have a friendship if things don't work out. It will take some time, but eventually you can still go back to kidding around and doing things just like old times.....Hope I helped, please send me feedback...and if you have any more questions please ask....I have been there! lol
