do crunches every morning. i say to start of, do 20 at a time, then rest for 30 seconds. that would be one rep, so do three reps. do three reps in the morning, and three reps at night before you go to bed. also before you go to bed, eat a nie big salad. what most peolple don't know, is that salad pushes everything out of your stomach into you're intestines so hardly any of it sits in your stomach and becomes fat. if you eat a salad at night, your stomach will be flatter near your lower abbs. once you get used to the 3 reps of 20, boost it up to 4 reps of 30. and once you get used to that, do 5 reps of 50. just keep doing it in the morning and at night and eat your salad and you should be just fine! good luck!
