How do i get the guy i want. i just want to get to know him better. basically how do i get into a relationship to the point that he can actually say hi to me? Thanks in advance!

go up to him and just say hey _______! how was your day? strick up a conversation and ask him if he wants to catch a flick on a weekend/this summer. if that dosen't work i donno what will.
