ok im j/w is constantly biting your lips until they bleed then biting them more or always pickiking at scabs until they;re completley off a bad habbit like cutting? i know itz a bad habbit, but is it ANYTHING likr cutting!

It's not like cutting but it's still a bad habit that causes damage on your lips.
